ITAR 22 CFR 120-130 USML Category III lots use the NTAG424 DNA SUN CMAC AES-128 variant for per-scan cryptographic signing (per NXP AN12196), and the key-management pack supports ITAR registration audits, DCSA physical-security inspection, and NATO STANAG 2493 / STANAG 4439 coalition-transfer documentation.

Will the tag survive MIL-STD-810H transport and CARC-paint recoating?

Yes. The housing is polycarbonate / polyurethane / ABS overmold with MIL-DTL-24203 CARC-paint-compatible surface; the tag passes MIL-STD-810H Method 501 / 502 (-40 °C to +85 °C), Method 514 vibration including Procedure I vehicle-transport + Annex C ballistic-transport profile, Method 516 shock (40g / 11 ms half-sine), Method 509 salt fog (96 h), Method 510 sand/dust, Method 507 humidity (10 cycles); and MIL-STD-810H Method 520 combined environments. ASTM B117 1,000 h for naval storage is validated. Read performance is preserved after CARC recoating.
