What this site is — and is not

In short: proudtek.com is a manufacturer's information site, not a storefront — reading these terms is faster once you know that.

• It describes Proud Tek's RFID and NFC manufacturing, its product families, and the technical background you need to scope a project.
• There are no user accounts and no on-site payments. A form creates a business inquiry, nothing more — the Privacy Policy covers how that data is handled.
• Product pages, price indications and capability claims are an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. A commitment exists only in a written quote, sales contract or proforma invoice.
• By using the site you accept these terms; if you are inquiring for a company, you confirm you may do so.

Content accuracy and ordering

In short: treat every spec here as scoping information. We keep it current on a review cycle, but chips get superseded between reviews — so confirm what matters in writing before you order.

• Specifications, certifications and compatibility statements can change without notice and may lag a vendor's latest datasheet revision.
• Confirm any specification that matters to your deployment in writing before ordering; for high-stakes deployments, verify with your own samples.
• Quotes, lead times, tolerances and warranties are governed by the sales contract or proforma invoice for that transaction. If a website page and your contract disagree, the contract wins.
• Confirmed errors in published content are corrected in the open at /about/corrections/.

Intellectual property

In short: three layers of ownership sit on this site — our content, third-party images, and third-party trademarks — and each keeps its own rules.

• Site content — text, page layouts, photography we produced, and data we measured — is © Proud Tek Co., Limited. Quote it with a link; ask at info@proudtek.com before republishing a page wholesale.
• Third-party images are used under their own licenses and credited where they appear; those licenses govern any reuse.
• Third-party trademarks (MIFARE and NTAG for NXP's chip families, RAIN RFID, and the lock- and reader-brand names we cite) stay their owners' and identify the products discussed only — the full trademark disclosure is at /about/disclosures/.
• Machine-readable mirrors (llms.txt, /machine/ routes) let AI systems cite a claim with a working link back — citation with attribution is welcome.

External links

In short: we link out to primary sources — standards bodies, datasheets, regulators — but those destinations aren't ours.

• Linked third-party sites are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
• A link is a citation, not an endorsement.
• If a source we cite no longer says what our article claims, report it to info@proudtek.com and we will review it.

No warranty, limitation of liability
