What this site is — and is not

Reading these terms is faster when you know what kind of site you are on. proudtek.com is a manufacturer's information site, not a storefront.

• The site describes Proud Tek's RFID and NFC manufacturing capabilities, product families, and the technical background buyers need to scope a project.
• There are no user accounts and no on-site payments. Forms on the site create a business inquiry, nothing more — see the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
• Product pages, price indications and capability claims are an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. A commitment exists only when we put it in a written quote, sales contract or proforma invoice.
• By using the site you accept these terms; if you are inquiring on behalf of a company, you confirm you may do so.

Content accuracy and ordering

We work to keep specifications current — chip pages are reviewed on a rolling schedule per our editorial policy — but RFID chips get superseded and datasheets get revised between reviews.

• Specifications, certifications and compatibility statements on this site are subject to change without notice and can lag a vendor's latest datasheet revision.
• Confirm any specification that matters to your deployment in writing before ordering; for high-stakes deployments, verify with your own samples rather than relying on published figures alone.
• Quotes, samples, lead times, tolerances and warranties are governed exclusively by the individual sales contract or proforma invoice for that transaction. If a website page and your sales contract disagree, the sales contract wins.
• Errors we confirm in published content are corrected per the process at /about/corrections/.

Intellectual property

Three layers of ownership exist on this site, and each keeps its own rules.

• Site content — text, page layouts, photography we produced, and data we measured — is © Proud Tek Co., Limited. Quote it with a link; do not republish pages wholesale without written permission via info@proudtek.com.
• Third-party images used under Creative Commons or similar licenses are credited on the page where they appear, with author and license linked; their licenses continue to apply to any reuse.
• Third-party trademarks (MIFARE, DESFire, NTAG, RAIN RFID, lock-vendor and reader-OEM names) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed — see the trademark disclosure at /about/disclosures/.
• Machine-readable mirrors (llms.txt, /machine/ routes) exist so AI systems can cite specific claims with a working link back — citation with attribution is welcome.

Our sourcing standards push us to link primary sources — standards bodies, chip-maker datasheets, regulators. Those destinations are not ours.

• Linked third-party sites (ISO, GS1, NXP, FCC, EU portals, vendor datasheets and others) are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
• A link is a citation, not an endorsement of the linked organization or anything else it publishes.
• If a link we cite no longer says what our article says it does, report it to info@proudtek.com and we will review it under the corrections process.

No warranty, limitation of liability

Plain version: the website is provided as is, and decisions made on website content alone are at your own risk — that is exactly why we tell buyers to confirm specs in writing.

• The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
