How do I file a warranty claim?

How About The Return Policy?
If a product has a verified quality problem, we arrange the return and remake or credit the order - the process is confirmed in writing before anything ships back.
Does Free Shipping Include Returns As Well?
Yes - return shipping is free when a return is due to a verified quality problem.

Samples and orders
Can I have a sample order?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. Stock samples that need no further processing ship free sample, as long as you afford the courier freight.
If the sample needs to be produced or customized, we charge $30-$100 to cover the production or development cost.
How long can I expect to get the sample?
Stock samples normally ship within 1-2 days after confirmation. For other, it would be dependent on the production and development time.
Can I buy small quantity to check the product quality?
Yes, we welcome customer to place test order before mass production.
Do you have any MOQ limit?
It depends on the inventory status, stock items ship in any quantity; custom and non-stock programs follow our two-tier MOQ - 100 pcs for standard designs, 500 pcs per chip type for custom chip or personalization programs.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Lead time depends on order quantity and season. We suggest starting the inquiry two months before your required date
Can we get support if we have our own market position?
Please inform us your detailed mind on your market demand, we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you, to find the best solution for you.
what product can you provide?
RFID cards, RFID keyfob, RFID wristband, RFID tag, RFID label, RFID readers, various RFID regular or customized RFID related product.
If I want to print our logo or some text, what should we do?
Brand: OEM and ODM are available, and we can printing the LOGO, that the customers required.
Design: Client’s artwork / our professional designer design free.
Artwork: AI, Corel Draw, Photoshop, CAD.
Do you accept Drop shipping?
Yes, we can offer this service.
Can you customize products according to our design?
Yes, sure. Besides OEM service, we also offer ODM service.
When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Shipping and order handling
How do you ship the goods, and how long will they take to arrive?
For goods weight less than 45kgs, we mostly ship via courier door to door service, like DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT, it normally take 2 to 5 days to arrive, For bigger order, we can ship by air, which normally takes 4 to 7 days to arrive, sea freight, which normally takes 30 to 60 days to ship. or railway transit, which normally take 40days to arrive the shipping method depends on your time and cost requirement.
Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
Proud Tek would utilize our logistic experience to recommend you courier, air cargo, seaway, and railway shipping according to detailed order and customer requirement.

How do I know my package has shipped?
We will send you the tracking number, flight number and waybill once the goods are shipped.
